The Dwelling Place is Asbury’s bookstore ministry, located on the Madison campus on the main level of the Hope Building and on Sundays at the kiosk in the Grace Concourse. We offer Bible Study, Small Group, and Sunday School resources, as well as a wide selection of books, including Bibles, devotionals, journals and Christian Living. Through the Dwelling Place, we have the opportunity to serve the community and benefit missions at the same time. By shopping in The Dwelling Place, you support Asbury’s Missions partners and projects through your purchases.
The Dwelling Place also offers an array of jewelry, gifts, greeting cards, home décor, and art. Some of our art is even created by a few of Asbury’s own talented artists! We also carry a variety of items that are Fair Trade. Fair Trade artisans from countries such as Kenya and Uganda are paid a fair price for their work, allowing them to earn a living wage to provide for their families.
The Dwelling Place is always seeking volunteers with a servant’s heart to serve this unique ministry. Contact Lisa Miller via email or at 256-837-9696, x265, for more information. We look forward to seeing you!
