The Guest Services team works hard together to provide a warm welcome and a safe and secure environment. We help guests and members take their next step as part of the Asbury Family. Through every simple action, this team helps everyone who comes on campus to feel the love of Christ.

Parking Lot Team Our alternating teams of parking lot volunteers serve once a month before and after each service as they help first time guests navigate our campus. They provide the very important first welcome to our guests as they arrive on campus on Sunday mornings.

Greeters Greeters continue to facilitate an awesome first impression before and after each service on their designated Sunday each month as people enter each worship building, helping everyone who enters to feel at ease and to know we are so glad they’ve joined us.

Contemporary & Traditional Ushers: Ushers are in charge of greeting people as they arrive in the worship spaces, passing out bulletins, helping people find seats, overseeing attendance counts, and collecting the offering. The ushers also work in conjunction with our Asbury Safety team to assist during medical, weather and other emergencies.

Coffee Team The Coffee Team is in charge of the set-up, maintenance, and clean-up of the delicious coffee service that is offered each week in the Building 4 Concourse and in the Hospitality Area between Buildings 2 and 3.

Special Events Team Members of the special events welcome team help bring that extra special touch to annual events like the Car Show/Kid’s Spring Festival, Fall Festival, Taste of the Holiday’s Market and during special services. If you can’t commit to serving regularly, this is a fun way to get involved throughout the year!

Safety and Security Team The Safety and Security Team works in conjunction with our Welcome Team and police presence to ensure the church provides the safest possible environment for everyone on campus during weekend services as well as during special events.

Connect Program Host The Connect Program is designed to pair a new member with a current active Asbury member (that’s YOU) to help new members connect to the Asbury Family. A host serves for 4 months and helps ensure that new members make personal connections through groups; serving using his/her spiritual gifts; and are cared for through these connections and our Asbury Care Team.
