GENEROSITY IMPACT
Giving is a way your life can demonstrate that Jesus is Lord of all - your time, resources, and finances. We have all we need and more in Him. Not only does giving impact His kingdom on earth and eternity, but it cultivates a spirit of generosity just like Jesus. Thanks to your generosity, we're able to continue doing the work God has called us to do! See how your giving is being stewarded below.
FINANCIAL SNAPSHOT
You should be able to know exactly how your giving is making an impact, and the current financial state of God's church at Asbury. We make our financial snapshot available every quarter so you can know just where we stand as a church family.
ONE CHURCH. ONE FUND.
The Asbury ONE Fund is where your gift is needed most! This is where your tithes and offerings go to directly support our entire vision of family, awakening, and mission. It’s the fund that allows us to reach people with the message of Jesus through our weekend services, family & group ministries, and global & local outreach every single day. Whether you give here online, through the Asbury App, or by cash or check, your money will go straight to the ONE Fund. The Asbury ONE Fund is the fuel for EVERYTHING we do.
Why & How We Give
Everything we believe about giving comes straight from scripture. Read more about our giving philosophy below.
God owns everything.
We don’t own anything we’ve been given; it already belongs to God.
The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it; the world, and all who live in it.
- Psalm 24:1
God is generous.
God gave us the greatest gift through His son Jesus Christ and blesses us with an abundant life in Him.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
- John 3:16
We give generously.
Giving grows our faith and meets real needs as we model the generosity of God.
Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed.
- Proverbs 19:17
We give first.
When we acknowledge Jesus as Lord of our life, how we prioritize our money demonstrates what is most important to us.
For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
- Mathew 6:19-21
We give faithfully.
We are responsible for how we manage what He’s given us.
Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things.
- Matthew 25:21
