MENTAL HEALTH
Why We Talk About Mental Health
As followers of Jesus, we are called to have the same mindset of God. That tells us that God is interested in our mind. So we believe that mental health should not be a taboo topic. We also believe that there are clinical reasons for mental health battles as well as spiritual reasons. If you are in need of immediate help, please dial 988 to instantly connect with the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Life Groups
Life Groups can be a safe place to start the conversation and get connected to helpful resources. While leaders are not professional counselors and cannot take the place of one, it can be helpful to know you are not alone as you share your struggles in community and receive prayerful support and encouragement.
Freedom Nights
Celebrate Recovery (CR) is a Christ-centered program that helps us find freedom from the struggles that can take control of our lives, which is why we call our CR gatherings “Freedom Nights” on both our Madison & Harvest campuses. You can come as you are and experience a community that cultivates renewal and restoration.
