Joshua was a man typically remembered for what he did, like leading the priests and people of Israel seven times around the walls of Jericho until they crumbled. But just who was Joshua, and how was God at work in His life? His story is about so much more than His accomplishments.
As we look at Joshua’s life together, we’ll see how God uses these moments to form a man in whom courage is rising. And that’s exactly what God wants to do in His church – to raise up a people of courage.
Over these 10 weeks with 10 snapshots of Joshua’s life, we’ll discern how God may be calling each of us to break away from the places in our lives that are holding us captive, and to recognize the pivotal moments where He challenges us to build something new as we conquer the Promised Land He has for us today.
