us, lead pastor of The Orchard that’s one of our Foundry Network partners in Tupelo, Mississippi. After teaching at the Men’s Retreat on Friday and Saturday, he will share a message with our entire church family on Sunday! Come learn how you can become courageous in your faith when it is fueled through intimacy with Jesus.
We are family. No matter your age or season of life, God has given you a very special part to play in His church that He calls the body of Christ. Whether you’re the littlest in your family, are learning what skills you have, got a brain for engineering, have a passion for teaching, or apply your gifts in other impactful ways, God has big plans for how He wants to use you.
During these Sundays in November, we’ll learn from the story in Luke 17 when Jesus heals ten men of leprosy. We’ll also take an opportunity to rally together in response to God’s call to care for the orphaned and vulnerable. And finally, we'll celebrate Jesus as our King and look into what it really means to live in absolute surrender to God as Lord and King.
During this five-week discipleship series, our Life Groups will be uniting around how to live a God-centered and generous life through our time, resources, and prayers.
We will cover stages of life including marriage, parenting, aging, and grand parenting. Not every person will directly fall into a category, but this presents the opportunity to walk alongside one another as generation prays for generation.
